Each developer is assigned one person during each support call. By knowing your context of use and you, we are able to answer you faster and have a more effective support relationship.

If you didn't find what you need from the javadocs and tutorial, you can also send us an e-mail. If you e-mail us during regular business hours, we usually response in less than 12 hours. If it is not during business hours, you will receive a response during the first hour of the next business day.
